Noon status in Manhattan

The situation in Manhattan has greatly improved -- 6 unusable stations, down from 13 in the morning. The real standout is Liberty St & Broadway, across from the infamous Zuccotti Park. Ain't no bikes occupied this station in almost three days.

Most telling about the storms’s impact is the average length of a NotStop.  At the noon survey, it was 14 hours; at the morning survey, 11 hours.

Brooklyn is faring much worse than Manhattan.  Thirteen percent of the borough’s stations are unusable versus two percent across the river.
