We've had five straight weeks of mediocre service

Another crummy week for empty/filled stations, making five straight weeks of mediocre weekday Citi Bike service. What was odd about this week was Wednesday -- the lowest NotSpot Index of the  week -- 28. That’s an honor usually reserved for Fridays.
