Citi Bike gets much more aggressive about preventing empty stations

Let’s hope this becomes a trend: Citi Bike rebalanced 6000+ more bicycles this January than in 2014 -- a 28 percent increase. The effort did not decrease the number of empty/filled stations by 28 percent, but it did result in a 12% decrease.
