A look at NotSpots by the day: October had a couple of rough ones

On 10/14 and 10/27  we experienced two days with NotSpot highs (empty or filled Citi Bike stations) that were among the worst of the year.
Record for the year is 96 NotSpots. That dubious achievement was made at 9:30 am 5/27.
About the data: We record empty/filled stations every weekday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from
