The September Crank-o-Meter: Abandoned bike reports double in month

• We decided, after social media reports of abandoned or stolen Citi Bikes more than doubled over August, to break that sad stat out as a separate category.

• NotSpots roared ahead of all other rants in September.  In August, empty/filled stations tied with Bad Behavior as the biggest issue facing Citi Bike riders.

Moron riding a #citibike just ran a red and nearly took me out in the crosswalk…then gave me the stink-eye like I did something wrong.
