Tuesday evening summary: Available bike count hits another record low

• We keep breaking the low number of available bikes. Now at 3621. That’s more than 2000 bikes below the high of 5674 we recorded on Jan. 18.

• The E 59 St & Sutton Pl station was pulled out of service starting this afternoon.

• Still very much in storm recovery mode. The six Brooklyn stations that reopened since midday were bikeless for an average of more than 14 hours.
