Monday hands us a nasty new NotSpot record: 70 at 9:30 am

search: worst day of year
Lucky us. A new worst day. Monday earned its NotSpot 48.  The morning commute surged earlier than usual and spiked to 63 empties/7 filled at 9:30, the highest number of NotSpots recorded year to date. That's 22 percent of capacity, loitering. The day stayed in the Red Zone until after 2:30. It was only the second time this year for a day in the Red Zone.
