Post's late-fee story drawing lots of comments

Surprise!, Citi Bike's autocratic policy wherein riders can only have bikes out of a dock for 30 minutes at a time has helped the program net some $4 million in late fees since it started. While a large portion of the fees are incurred by people who just don't know how the bike sharing program works, others can be attributed to the pitiful state of the program's docks. Too bad the funds aren't nearly enough to fix what's broken, or bandage the program's deep financial woes.
