The day mirrored Monday’s NotSpot score of 33, though the 8:30 am numbers held such promise. We recorded just 11 NotSpots, a rarely seen morning number. Then the day went north at 9:30 and stayed Yellow until 5:30, when it dropped to a Green Zone 28.

Still, it was the best Tuesday performance since Jan. 28.
