When Tuesday wasn't in the Red Zone, it was in the Yellow. Empty station numbers started soaring after 8:30 am and hit 55 by noon. Overall, the day scored a 42, eight points worse than yesterday’s lackluster 34.

• Citi Bike annnounced via tweet yesterday that the station at E24 St & Park Ave in NoMad is moving to E25 & Madison. E24 went down today.
• Earlier, it tweeted that Lawrence St & Willoughby St in Downtown Brooklyn would be out of service all week.
