We topped out at 42 empties at 9:30 am. Nothing like yesterday’s 54 but nothing like Friday’s 16 either.
Today’s King of All the NotSpots is Stuyvesant Town’s 1 Ave & E 18 St station. It was bereft of bikes for 26 hours starting 9 am Sunday.
